Stay details

• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 11:00 AM
• Maximum 10 guests
• The primary renter must be 30 years or older
• No pets
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the cabin

Cancellation policy

Cancel more than 14 days before check-in: full refund. Cancel 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

Additional terms

Full payment is due at booking. No security deposit. A Ring security camera on the exterior of the house records video 24/7. Extra guest fee: $25 per guest per night for each guest over 6. Stays of 7 nights or more receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate.

Privacy

We collect your name, email and phone number only to manage your booking and communicate with you about your stay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We do not sell your data.
